Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. He is the pastor's director for the Acts 29 Network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne has a passion for developing the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the creator of several online publications as well as a contributor in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Redefining lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three kids.
