A fitness instructor and YouTuber and inventor of the 21 Day Fix diet. She is also an Beachbody certified fitness instructor. The 27th of September 2013, she created the channel on YouTube on which she posts diet and exercise strategies. Formerly, she worked at Brooke Burke's Modern Mom.
